 La Plagne
The ski resort is vaste. There are many places to ski at different altitudes. It's one of the largest and most beautiful ski resorts in the world, thanks to its wonderful off-piste skiing.
You can ski down high mountains, from the summit of Bellecote (3800 m) following prestigious routes such as the North Face of the Cul du Nant glacier. Then, crossing the orchards of Macot or Bozel which culminate at 800 m. During your way down, you will go through immense pine and larch forests. Your guide, who knows very well the area, will always find a place of great powder snow.
The period
Every day, every week from Christmas to the end of March.
Schedule
Departure is at 9:30 am and return at 5 pm, at which time you will be deliriously happy, having skied in such natural and scenic areas of powder snow
During the middle of the day, you will have a one hour break for lunch in the warmth and conviviality of a typical mountain chalet.
The groups
Generally, they are from 5 to 10 persons for one guide.
 The Guides
They are Ski Instructors from the ESF (Ecole du Ski Français), working at la Plagne for many years. They know perfectly well the ski fields as well as the various conditions of snow : they are passionate and real pros !
Security
Each skier is given an ARVA. The guides can send radio messages to the safety and security network of La Vanoise.
Insurance
Very important : skiing with a guide or a ski instructor doesn't mean that you are insucc0000. We advise you to subscribe an insurance from the "Club Alpin Français" or to buy the "Carte Neige".
